Dear Friend
From Dream to Reality: The KICC Missions Outreach Hospital and School of Nursing & Midwifery Project, Osun State, Nigeria
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink…”
This was what Jesus said he would say when we get to eternity; and if we wonder, “When did I do this?” he would reply, “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” One of the greatest callings we have in life is to heal broken people (Isaiah 61:1). The challenge of Osun State brings this home to us. I know the need is global. However the vision of KICCMO, in cooperation with Hospitals for Africa, is to begin somewhere – but definitely not to stop there. In the words of Diana Ross, let us “reach out and touch, somebody’s hand, make this world a better place” – yes we can.
